Standard Warranty: One year from shipping date against manufacturer defect. Devices needing repair in first 30 days receive advanced next day replacement. After 30 days devices must be shipped back to manufacturer for repair, typically 8-10 weeks. Warranty covers hardware repair only, software and key encryption loads extra.
