Inventory Upload




Do you utilize online ordering or delivery services? Send your inventory data to your online service providers from within StoreTender - on a continual (timed) basis.

Using the FTP or SFTP file transfer protocols, your inventory data is sent at regular intervals - to as many providers as you need. Data sent includes UPC/PLU Number, Description, Size, Unit of Measure, Department, Subdepartment, Cost, Price, Sale, TPR, Tax, and On Hand Quantity.

If you add or edit your Products, the changes are sent automatically to your providers. Data is sent in 30 minute intervals, so that your on hand counts are current. You can also send data on-demand if you need. You can add as many service providers as you need, so that all your ordering and delivery apps are covered!
